Raptor Media provides digital services only and does not currently sell or ship physical products.
1. Digital Delivery
Our services and deliverables may be provided through digital channels such as:
- Google Drive or other cloud-storage platforms
- Project-management platforms
- YouTube, Instagram, or other relevant platforms
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated in the relevant proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
Timelines may be affected by client feedback, approvals, access to required accounts, or other dependencies.
3. No Physical Shipping
As our services are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping charges or shipping timelines.
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive an agreed digital deliverable within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Future Physical Products
If Raptor Media begins offering physical products in the future, a separate shipping policy will apply to those products.
