This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Raptor Media.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us in writing.
For ongoing monthly services, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources and production time may already have been allocated to the project.
If work has not yet started, any applicable refund will be considered based on the circumstances and any agreed terms.
3. Completed Work
Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
If Raptor Media is unable to deliver a significant portion of the agreed services and cannot reasonably resolve the issue, a refund may be considered for the undelivered portion, subject to the applicable agreement.
4. Client Delays
Refunds will generally not be provided where work is delayed because of:
- Failure to provide required information or access
- Delayed feedback or approvals
- Changes in requirements
- Client inactivity
- Failure to meet agreed responsibilities
5. Platform Performance
No refunds will be provided solely because a client’s content does not achieve expected views, subscribers, rankings, engagement, leads, or revenue. These results depend on factors outside Raptor Media’s control.
6. Additional Charges
Work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional payment and will be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken.
7. Payment Processing & Bank Charges
Payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, and similar transaction costs may not be refundable.
8. Service Agreements
If a separate written agreement has been signed with a client, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement will take precedence over this policy.
